Finally things get back on track instead of wasting time with over-excessive fanservice. Good episode.

I loved that "Oh Yeah!" scene where Kohta speaks with Takagi and Shizuka-sensei!!I'm surprised Kohta hasn't passed out from all the blood loss.

I thought, despite all of the groping, that episode 6 had some great dialogue, a bit of character development, and was genuinely funny. None of that carried through into episode seven. The build-up was lethargic and the escape underwhelming, the camera angles and boobs reached a level only previously demonstrated in the first episode, and behold, loli. I realise she's part of the plot, but then even the death of the dad was predictable and meh, and the peeing + landing on Kohta's crotch at the end? I mean, really?
Bla bla bla 'you haven't read the manga' etc etc, but unlike episodes two to six which I really enjoyed, this one just didn't entertain me; I could have dealt with the boobs and the loli and all of that if it had been at all interesting or funny. Tbh, it just felt lazy, like filler bridging the gap to something a lot better. I can but hope.

A decent episode. Some highlights other than the assumed given fanservice:
- Hirano gunning down the zombies like the arcade. Banzai for semi-automatic sniper rifles!
- Alice starts peeing, lolz
- The Jpop music throughout the chase/battle
- And of course, Saeko riding on top of the humvee with legs akimbo, kicking zombie ass.
ED song was meh. I still want some more harder stuff befitting of the zombie apocalypse. I would definitely like to hear "In a Hearbeat" again since it's such an awesome song.

I was rather impressed with this episode over all. Lol Loli peeing on Takashi's back, some sick person got a hard on there (Not me).

If there's anything I'm hoping from the series other than a 2nd season, I'm waiting on music albums and OST. From what I've heard, the OP single is supposed to come out tomorrow.

Charging Humvee with half-naked beauty on the top for the win.
This episode maintained (tried to anyway) a balance between fanservice/comedy and all the gore and oppressive atmosphere.
I like how Takashi (at least at the first glance) knows what needs to be done to survive, but doesn't blindly accept and do anything; rather tries to make his own way. As Saeko says "The man has spoken".
The pee part however...no, I mean, what the hell was that supposed to...no wait, i don't want to know.
There wasn't much character development here, but in all honesty, it was more of action episode. They still need to get out of the city, so I'm sure episodes like 6-5 will come across again tough.

*sigh* Just once, what I would give for a hentai to have this quality of animation...
Yeah the series keeps being interesting. This last episode did slightly drag a little, and I didn't completely understand the need to flee; seemed they were pretty well secured in a place with cover and food.. but overall pretty good. I haven't read the manga but hear its following fairly closely, which sadly means it will end soonish. Would much rather have more echi-zombie killing filler, than see it rush off to the end just to follow the manga, or worse yet, have a complete non-ending like everyone says currently exists in the manga.

Another really cute part in episode 7 was during 17:58-18:03, where you see Shizuka-sensei confused in the humvee with her fingers on her temples. I thought that was too cute to pass.

-why did they flee?
They're main goals is to confirm the safety of their own parents (Rei,Takashi, Saya), and to be precise they did not flee, they just left early from schedule. They're Goal is not to find personal safety
-manga?End?Filler?
Not just following closely, it's a almost a 90% the same. About the end that's unavoidable, since they only bought the rights for only 13 episodes (this is not cheap) and they're maybe testing the waters too.
About the End, if you read the manga (which you should, since it's only 26 chapters now, there's no reason to not read it, since it's still short)
and the End of this 13 episode is probably a "cliffhanger End", it will either Cpater 13 Gun's N Dead or chapter 14 Dead Storm Rising. Or even both chapter will be combined, since both chapter happen in the same time with different character perspectives. When they finally LEave from "Someone's house" and to their next big arc that takes like near 11 chapters.
Every Chapter of HOTD, is always ended with a Cliff hanger so it's generally easy to finish this without bad fillers or forced new endings.
