I don't believe causing chaos or havoc like this, just to prove a point, is entirely justified. If they felt like taking this kind of action was necessary, so be it. However, many may not think it was. However, if they did "make a good few points" with the mentioned post, then so be it. People are human. We all make mistakes. It's learning from them, and the challenges they lead to, that makes us stronger.

Im glad nothing too bad came from this. If some people have problems why not talk about? It's better than going on a admins account and messing thing up.

Sometimes, people feel actions speak far louder then words, especially if they feel their words will not be heard. Not to say what they did was right, it was very wrong, but people have their own way of doing things.

Glad everything was back to normal. Man was surprised when I wasn't logged in and the forum was on the reset password.

Same here. Only other time I had a mandatory reset was when PSN got hacked. Glad everything's back to normal though.

I was online when everything happened XD. I even read both the posts of the guy who did this, some of the things he said made sense and he has a point but it doesn't justify the things that he did.
I panicked a bit when I saw all the tags going "vanilla vanilla vanilla vanilla vanilla vanilla" then the site when down lol. I was like oh fvck fakku's gone nuts.
Anyway glad that the site is back to normal and that lessons were learned.

All because someone had to have a hissy-fit, and instead of offering ways to help improve security, they crash the site.

I would hope something like what happened tonight won't happen again, but I'm not holding my breath. ._.
