                        Nice! I think you've made a ton of improvement over your previous Yoko piece. :)
Your shadows create some nice contrast, which is pleasant to look at. I really love the way you rendered her right hand (the one on her belly)- it's very beautiful. Try to keep your shadows from being too dull (too gray or too black). You can add a bit of red to her skin tones, or a nice dark violet/bluish hue instead of the black shadow on her hair, etc.
I feel there's a pretty good sense of lighting as well, but make sure to keep your lighting consistent. It looks like light is coming from all sides of her, which is a bit confusing. For example, the highlights in her eyes show that light is coming from somewhere in the top left, but her left hand seems to suggest light is coming from the right. You generally want to stick with one light source, unless you're doing a more complex drawing with multiple light sources.
This is a pretty successful drawing in my opinion, and I hope you continue drawing more and improving! +Rep for you! :)

                        Ah thank you yagami I appreciate your C&C and it always motivates me to do more XD also I will try and use one light source properly so it could look a lot more better in future drawings and will work on hand shading as well.
