I think that artwork is very important, but what really makes it a great doujinshi is the story. If you think about it, mindless sex is never as good as mindless sex with a great story that drives it along!
Language is most important to me, Art style is a close second, then storyline. I dont care if it's a good storyline as long as it isn't a bad storyline.
Favorite artist:
Yutaka Tanaka (Virgin Night)
in second Naruko Hanaharu (Shoujo Material, Kairakuten Nene)
Artwork all the way :D and the artist its a battle i have too many favorite once i narrow it down i'll tell you. My favorite artist has to get the artwork closest to the anime or manga based from or the cuteness has to be really good. Kind of confusing sorry
Story, followed by art, followed by language. Then all the rest.
Things must be sweet and d'awwww-happy for me!
As for artists, I like Takeda Hiromitsu (æ¦ç”°å¼˜å…‰), Unagimaru (鰻丸), Neko no Te (猫ã®æ‰‹), Yamatogawa (大和å·), Shinonome Tarou (æ±é›²å¤ªéƒŽ) and Fukudahda (フクダーダ) most.
I can't stand censorship, although it was hard to pick which of those is a priority. Artwork is next, then language, I really don't expect the story to be any good, it's porn after all, and sometimes the picture being in B/W turns me on so it really isn't important.
Well, I have to say that I think the storyline is the most important to me. When I read a doujin, I'm not only looking for good fapping material, but it has to be something that I can believe, or something that I like the idea of. Otherwise, it's just... empty to me. Then again, the language is very important to me too, as I have to be able to read the story, to decide whether or not it's good. Artwork is also pretty important, so i say that they all work great in harmony, but storyline and language are the most important to me.
I voted Censorship (because those blurs and lines can really ruin a doujin for me), but I value a story that makes sense and art that doesn't look like crap too.
