Subs because the original almost ALWAYS (99.9999% of the time) portrays the emotion of the characters a million times better than dubbed and that's a big factor in any anime I watch.

For most anime, I prefer subtitles. A few exceptions to the rule are Evangelion and Cowboy Bebop, I like the dub just fine with those series. I could go either way with Eva, but after hearing Steve Blum as Spike, he just doesnt sound right in the original Japanese audio.

Subbed, for two reasons. First, english is not my natural languaje, it is a lot easier to see the subs than to decode de voice. Second, i just like a lot more most of the originals voices. The only 2 animes i have watched dubbed were Darker than Black, because at first i didn't see the Subbed results and Full Metal alchemist, because i have never found it subbed. If someone gives me a link to it, I'll appreciate it.http://www.animefushigi.com/full-anime-list/on-going-anime/86-full-metal-alchemist-brotherhood

it appears that the votes will stay as 90% to 10% for a long time.. cant wait to see 99% percent sub to 1% dub

                        Subs
1- The preservation of the maiden language.
2- The Jokes that can be carried forward through wordplay.
3- The Genial and moe-moe nature of the voices are brought forth.
4- You can still get some seriously good voice acting even in 3rd rate works.
Dubs
1- Complete disregard for worksmanship.
2- Often displaces the point of the characters.
3- Bowlderized to hell.
4- Name changing (oh god!)
5- Narm like you've never seen before.
6- You only get second-third rate (For first rate, look in Hollywood).
7- You can count the number of times the words related to die in one hand.(varies)
8- 4kids.
9- Wordplay is thrown out the window.
10- Recycled People everywhere. (No voice variations...)
11- Theme Songs.
How does it even compare? Even the Japanese dubbed POWER RANGERS sounded much less like Narm compared to the English Version. They all sound good because many Japanese voice actors were expected to SING as well as act. Poor worksmanship.

Assuming that each series has a quality Japanese dub and a quality English dub, I normally choose Engilsh. I will never count a series as being better as a sub just because it got thrown to the sharks of 4kids. Mobile Suit Gundam got a quality dub, so it's unfair to just say all subs are better because the electronic old men of ADV or Funimation don't care. Let's face it: weeaboos would rather watch a show in English if it was done well.

Definitely sub,the voice represent the characteristic of the character, some dubbed make some character lose its personality

                        Subbed > Dubbed.
Somethimes subbed versions have some words translated wrong, but you can live with it, but when they are being dubbed wrong it's just too much!
Plus, sometimes when dubbed, the words does not match the mouth of the speeking character
