[Locked] Philippines to Ban Hentai!

you guys seriously think that they'd do this? yes maybe publicly, but that's all show... Tell me a Law or Bill that they passed that they actually enforced, seriously? I don't think they did, they might go on TV doing some bust every now and then, but every time in between, they might be just drinking coffee or playing golf, or perhaps watching these hentai (loli to be exact)... and might be testing what they learned from what they watched on brothels with child prostitutes. Seriously though, They should first take care of major issues, banning hentai my arse, while prostitution is so rampant here, despite the laws, how much more will hentai be?

They will have a hardtime enforcing it if they even bother to enforce it.
Internet police cannot be implemented since most of our Programmers and other computer techies are working for other countries and they will be earning a lot more rather than working for the internet police

My point is that the actions of these coservative catholics and the feminists (Yup from what I've seen those who wrote this law were from the political factions of Gabriela a Feminist Organization and BUHAY a conservative religious party) do not understand what hentai is. As they point out Hentai is child pornography, But in fact it is seperated into different genres.

In other words they didn't use their brains and the internetz to write their bill to justify that hentai in over-all is child pornography.

As long as we have our FAKKU, we'll be alright. If the government does pass the bill, FAKKU would be our Robin Hood, steal from the rich and give it to the poor, albeit in a perverted way...

P.S does the ban go towards hentai in general or all sorts of manga/anime?

Another reason for me to hate being Filipino. Great. I can't travel to the Philippines and wank without fear of getting smacked down with the ban hammer. Let's hope to god that this kind of thing never affects the U.S., much less Japan.
