Sorry guys but my country is being ran be mindless traditional politicians. They always find time to ban this and that, to expose foul politicians, questionable wealth, absurd laws, that to think about schooling children, solving the poverty and such.

Politics here in the Philippines is more based on popularity ratings, scandals and great amounts of money. They're all running not for the responsibility but for the fulfillment of their dirty and almost diabolical hidden agendas.

They're banning hentai (and in which they have included loli, what a mindjob) because they can't stop pornography and the spread of video scandals from circulating the underground illegal pirate markets.

I hope that they will not ban IPs of hentai sites ( the probabilility is low, since they can't even properly execute an electronic election, and even protect government websites which are always hacked).

Eh, Most teens that become perverted tend to look at real porn more than hentai.
