Well, I have not finished the first playthrough yet, but I think I am near the end. I have already "gone through the light" and I think I know what the "secret dungeon" is and where it is.

A part from that, does anyone know how to check enemies affinity or element weakness? I mean from the Journal/Diary (not sure the name in English) without needing using the Novice Skill Libra? to check for it each combat and just look at it "the first time".

Overall, I love the game, it can feel a bit grindy after some point (lv 69 right now) and 3 jobs mastered in each character, but I think the game is just awesome.

Preferred jobs: Knight, Valkyrie?, Monk, Artist?, Templar and a few more.

Any advice on "job synergy"? I am mixing Hunter + Monk Skills, they seem to synergized very well, same for Valkyrie + Knight.

Heh, there's much more to come after passing through the pillar of light. The game basically starts there.

Then I am fucked. It took me 52 hrs to reach that point LOL.

Finally!

After 94 hours and 39 mins I have finishd the first playthrough... God dammit, that was one of my longest runs ever in a game of this kind lol.

I have to say I am happy, after seeing how things developed I saw it comming after the third one.

I don't know if there are still people trying to finish it so I won't say much about anything.

I am going to start a New Game+ and try to find all the secrets and complete the journal, in which I am missing some Items and Monsters... and ofc I have yet to find that secret dungeon, which I don't think it is the dungeon (or whatever it) within the frozen half-moon, is it? If it is that then I am going to be a bit disappointed tbh. xD

It is. The merchant being the hardest boss of the game. He didn't fight me for some reason so can't really tell you how it went.

But I can guess why is "secret", doing all the side quests takes a lot of time and the last side quests fights are... really really hard, at least some were for me with my composition of jobs and equipment.



Something I really liked is how side characters change in each world and the story of each one developed a bit more and showed you some more of of them, that was really nice.

Maybe playing the NewGame+ clarifies a bit of all this, I don't know, also the intro video of Bravely Second is awesome I can't wait to play it.

I'm really looking forward to this game. The Demo actually stopped my pokemon playing, which is really saying something. I haven't gotten very far in the demo, but I have been experimenting with the combat system and the class system and from what I've seen, it's a pretty fun, not typical turned based game. I know January just started, but February can't come sooner, because I've been craving and old styled FF game.
