Dead Money i heard is good. And the blues one. There's also a third DLC called Honest Hearts that came out a couple of months ago.

Any idea when the GOTY edition will come out?Probably not until next year. There's still a few more DLC packs that have yet to come out. They'll probably hold off on a GOTY edition until they have at least 4-5 DLC packs bundled in with the game.

I thought Dead Money was pretty good. Had somewhat more of a survival-horror feel to it than the rest of New Vegas does. I also liked the BAR that you could find in the DLC. I actually heard that Honest Hearts was better than Dead Money and had nice swag and scenery, but the story was too short. I'm actually tempted to buy HH just for some of the guns you can pick up, the .45 pistol and SMG both look particularly appealing.

I find this one harder then fallout 3.I actually think it's easier when you're not playing Hardcore mode. The ability to aim down the sights itself is a major improvment on the gameplay and having one or two packmules around to carry your shit while you horde weapons and armor keeps you from getting overencumbered too easily. Sure, some of the enemies are can be harder to deal with, but that's why you don't venture too far without being prepared to run into some bloodthirsty unpleasentness

This game was more of the same experience I loved in Fallout 3, it had some parts I didnt like, but I liked it overall, the aim down sights made it cooler to shoot enemies, but sometimes it didnt work, but its still a great game.

Didn't really bother me much anyway as I hardly used them to begin with.

Does anybody know if you can get a safe house like in fallout 3?The Lucky 38 casino is effectively your only safe house. It's also the meeting place where all of your companions gather when they're not following you. There's numerous weapon lockers and the like to stash your loot in between missions.

You can buy a room key in Novac from that lady in the office
"make sure you buy the key right away"
And as mentioned above

Does anybody know if you can get a safe house like in fallout 3?Depends on who you're good with ATM. If you're on good terms with the NCR, you can pick up their Ranger safehouse. But the house is located smack-bang in the middle of Deathclaw mating grounds so bugger that. Legion is better as it overlooks Camp Searchlight. The BoS safehouse is definitely the best out of the safehouses as you'd get energy guns/guns for free and perhaps power armour.

I wouldn't recommend the Lucky 38 as a safe house while having your companions there as well. The thing is that your companions tend to take the things you store in there randomly. Most of the time they eat all of your food and beverages, but sometimes they take special weapons for themselves as well. Well, they technically have the stuff they take from your storage, but managing that is sometimes a bitch. I use Novac as a safe house and Lucky 38 as a hotel for my companions.

They did it to me several times, especially with the Purified Waters and Nuka-Colas. One of them was even in my face when I placed the Gobi Sniper Rifle as a test in an empty wardrobe in my room and then came Boone and took it. Is like they are programmed to seek stronger weapons they can use. That's a good thing outside in the Wasteland, but not to my stuff...
