I basically use a wineglass grip. It works for me, but I obviously need more practice on an arcade stick.

On-Topic I use a Death Grip/"Grip of Doom" with my stick...only way I can get accurate inputs without my wrist starting to burn after 30 minutes of playing :/

No idea what my hand placement on my stick is called, but I make a circle around my stick with my hand and move it with the palm of my hand (no I'm not fapping)
