That may work for things like Guild Wars, but not when you have every NPC in the game voiced and have to pay people to actually write decent stories.

The latest planet to be revealed is Tatooine! Totally not unexpected, but welcome. The Sarlacc looks real badass, as well as the environment.

Yes, it wouldn't be a proper Star Wars game without Tatooine. Afterall it's the most secluded, isolated, unheard of place where GODDAMN HALF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE EVER MATTERED HAVE BEEN. Really, I'm pretty sick of that friggin dirtball by now.

More seconded. Why can't they have some better planet, like say.. what is that planets name.. I forgot.. all I remember is that it is where the "Thought Bomb" went off.

Geonosis. And well, Tatooine is kinda overly used in the SW saga, but I think it's a good planet for RP purposes.

Btw the Thought Bomb went off on Ruusan, though there are good reasons for not having that as a game setting (namely that it would conflict with another game's setting (I would find it hard to imagine a couple thousand people fighting on a planet and failing to notice/do anything with/about the Thought Bomb and not leaving blasters and lightsaber, etc around) ).

Geonosis is one of the major planets of the Clone Wars era. (You might remember it from Attack of the Clones (ugh, what a name.) or Battlefront or Republic Commando.)

If you know what the Thought Bomb was then you're probably dedicated enough to know of Wookieepedia. It will help you with questions like "where did this happen?" or "how many kinds of force crystal are there?" or "who the fuck is this guy?".

Yea, I know Wookiepedia; in fact, I use it all thje time, much lore to keep a check on when you're in a SWTOR RP guild forum -_-

The graphics is what you can expect from a MMO, focus is laid more on the gameplay. And even then the graphics in SWTOR is quite good for an MMO. Also, the game isn't finished yet, it's not even a beta yet. Improvements will be made on all aspects. "Nobody" mentioned it (isn't true btw) cuz most people already know this.

And by "the SWTOR games" I suppose you're referring to the KotOR games? Since it is Bioware that is making SWTOR, and they made KotOR 1 (the one that was actually any good) I think it's a low risk that this won't be a good game. I mean, all of Bioware's games are good, at least all I've played. Even if the voicing part is totally random, I'm pretty confident that they'll make it work.

Ah, the graphics... I actually really like what BioWare has done here. It doesn't always have to be painfully realistic - this more cartoon-like style is great as well and a nice change from the usual.

Looking forward to this, but since it's still so far away I'll just pretend it won't exist and, a month or 2 before release, get all excited.

As it stands now, Sith Inquisitor will become my class.
