What's the problem? Sounds like a big one but I'm not sure what's wrong.
Fixed these issues today:
  • Pagination on /doujin /games /manga
    Mobile menu visibility on tablets
    BBCode styles on reply/create topic
    Notification highlight when read/unread
    Dark mode not working in some browsers/mobile devices
    Notifications count incorrect

Do you have a screenshot of what your signature looked like previously? I'll make it so it formats it the same way.

It's not a perfect fix (and not permanent) but I've made it so the background color will be transparent if you've read the notification, also hidden the notification images until we have a better solution.

Good idea! Honestly this new design is going to make it a lot easier to add those types of features, so definitely something we'll try to improve.

I believe the dark mode issue has been fixed, where it wasn't respecting the toggle on mobile/tablets. Can anyone confirm? Trying hitting the switch a few times.
Alright, other than some missing order receipts, I think things are pretty stable with the order history. Definitely more receipts missing than I expected, but as long as the pre-order information is good (shipping info and tracking numbers), I'm comfortable moving forward getting the store online.

This is good to know! If you don't mind emailing me the details of your order (what shipped so far, what hasn't), I'll try to get the order history updated next week.
Hmmm I was able to fix a few bugs related to notification count, is it working now?

I've fixed the issue with the pagination when swapping between the order history and item history pages.

I'm not sure if we'll be able to get that older order history data, from the replies it does seem like it cuts off in late 2018. I'll poke around though, but it'll probably get fixed (if it's possible) after digital purchasing is back online. So let's consider the order history page to show the past 2 years of orders.
Just fixed an issue with the order list, it was only showing the first 10 orders. If you had more, they should be visible now.

Thanks for pointing out these issues, they've both been fixed! Popular content now has a dedicated row, and will not intermingle with new releases.

It should include every order up until the store went offline 2 weeks ago. If something is missing, let me know the order ID and make sure it was purchased on the same account as all the others.

Actually I just realized the order list was not sorted by date, it is now! That'll probably fix the issue of not seeing your most recent orders first. Also added sorting to the item history page.
Seeing this complaint a lot. The grid view is definitely here to stay as the default, but we are happy to add a toggle for list/grid for everyone to use (your preference will be saved to your browser). A lot of staff at the company also miss the list view, so it'll definitely be back soon.

Existing orders/pre-orders will go out to customers like normal, it's just going to be difficult to alert everyone when something gets shipped until we have all of the new systems online.
This is good feedback. It's always hard to judge how people use parts of the website like this. Do you read new releases on the front page? The New Releases tab? The tag page? The Unlimited page? etc

For now, I have implemented your suggestion and if you are a subscriber clicking the unlimited tag will take you to the old place (the tag page for Unlimited). For everyone else, it will take you to the landing page which is meant to be used for promotion more than anything.
