For my 3rd I would like to claim the lovely Suiku from Mamono Musume-tachi to no Rakuen ~Kumo to Tori to Hitotsume to~ (As far as I have researched here last name is unknown)
While observing all of these girls throughout the series she caught my eye right at the beginning and without a doubt I knew she was my #1. She is shy but strong willed and loved seeing her get bolder and bolder.

I claim shinomiya ayase from Guilty Crown
Loved her character in the show and her strong will and determination. She fought courageously even though she was limited to a wheelchair. She was a great mech pilot too so that certainly doesn't hurt ;)
