Finally got my book after 3 weeks of shipping. I was so happy to see it after waiting so long but only to be disappointed by the mail guy stuffed it into that little mail box. The book got a little damage on the corner like some other users had with theirs. It is still a fine book but the reason I paid extra was to get the book and get it in a perfect condition. Ok, no more rant.I want another new book in its perfection condition. I am willing to pay extra for my first Hbook. Now is the question time.
Will there be a better packing way than some bubble plastic envelop? If possible I want a cardboard packing and wrap the bubble plastic around the book and tap it to the cardboard inside so won't move around inside while shipping. And put "No Bending" sticker on it.
For all future shipments we will be doing cardboard bookfolds, that should solve the problems with not so gentle delivery. Just email store@fakku.net and we'll send you another book at no charge.

That is how much I can pull it without something tearing, but all in all its a great book.
I did a little more research into this and it turns out the same thing is present in the Japanese version of the book. So it's an issue with the actual artwork (which is too close to the edge. We actually end up showing a bit more of the artwork in our print.

One of the things we learned from printing our first book.

6 or 7 years ago we had a 5 star rating system, I killed it because I felt it was gimmicky and unnecessary. It leads to the more niche fetishes getting poor ratings because the majority of people don't like it.
