Mikura from Mezzo DSA. Cute, hot, agile, and a gun-nut. Now if only she'd pick something better than the M1911*...

*I know the 1911 is one of the most reliable and accurate semi-autos available but seriously...only 7+1? Even subcompacts like the Glock-16 have at least 10+1.

Seriously. At 15 I would've thought I'd died and gone to heaven if I'd had sex with her. I know that they have to dole out some punishment (and for stat rape I guess a year is pretty mild, but she still has to register?) but come on...a 15y/o is more than capable of consenting if he's approached by someone like this.
[and I know one can't see her body but given the lack of excess fat on her face I'm assuming she isn't more than 20lbs overweight]

But, I am glad that you manage to tolerate a lot of our European conventions and have thus far managed to go without nuking us back to the stone age for our sins.
I didn't mean it like that. My phrasing was with Europe's anti-loli laws combined with all the reasons to dislike the UK govt. Jeremy Clarkston complains about on Top Gear in mind. In reality I have no large problem with Europe on the whole.
Spoiler:
(spoilers giving me issues, response to blackraider inside)

You make points I admittedly was not thinking of at the time. I had the mental image of just, as you describe, threatening with the weapon. But that would still qualify as assault w/ deadly weapon and/or false imprisonment and this is America (land of the free, home of the litigi-shark lawyers (joke)). I concur about actually pulling the trigger, in RL I doubt my ability to do so, but why would a criminal submit under the threat of deadly force if it would incur greater penalty to the homeowner?
Awhile ago I torrented the Ace Combat Zero soundtrack and was initially miffed that it did not include the ending theme (when Pixy is saying his final words to the interviewer and it cuts to Cypher's jet making the approach and dissapearing) before the credits song. Well, on a whim I opened the credits song in with VLC and whaddaya know? I'ts stuck on the back end of the credits song!
So I think "Great, now open it in iTunes!"
Wrong.
First off, the timecode end on the itunes file is just under six minutes. The MP3 file in win-explorer says seven and a quarter. Also, itunes plays the file past six minutes, and there's no 'end theme' just a continuation of the flamenco guitar until it stops at seven-fifteen and then it jumps back to six-oh-two. (just tried on AVS and works like VLC)
So I'm at a loss here. Requesting tech support.
If you need the file in Q PM me your email and I'll send it. This wouldn't be such a big deal if I didn't want this on my iPod.
Thx if you can help, and thx for the time anyway if you can't.

I've always seen it, if the person is unarmed and you pull a gun and shoot them. You deserve some sort of penalty. Nothing too harsh because they guy DID break into your home with intent on committing another crime. If the crook breaks into your house with a crowbar, knife, gun,etc and you take a gun and shoot him. You are in the clear and should only be bothered with the cost of replacing the shell, slug or bullet and the cost of cleaning your carpet or furniture.
Edit: Now if you pulled a gun and made the guy sit there and wait for the cops to arrive. You should be fine as well despite the "overwhelming force" you used on an unarmed guy.
That sounds more reasonable than what I thought (then again, IDK what stare you live in). I just remember my HS law teacher (who himself was an avid hunter and a member of the NRA (though still seemed to fit right in with the typical Ann Arbor attitude)) saying that unequal force in Michigan was punished.
BTW...what do you mean, "I've always seen it."?

Though, I may be wrong on this. In Georgia, if you break into somebodies house and don't leave in a body bag. Something, somewhere went wrong.
Wah-hell, o'kourse, it be Joe-d'ja after all!

Agreed, if they break in you should be able to chain them to a radiator in the basement and feed them to hobos with bad teeth.I wasn't thinking of something that harsh. As it stands, if a guy breaks into your house with a crowbar and you point a gun at him (at least in Michigan) you're going to jail for the longer period of time. I just think it's logical to use convincing force to make the assailant retreat.

There is also the condition that Obama is, for lack of any better terms, damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. I mean, he came into office in this huge quagmire (giggity) and pretty much any action would have had the same short-term consequences.
Was watching a AR-15 video on youtube (new fav gun BTW) and someone mentioned how they live in the UK and if your home is burgled, and the intruder is injured, the homeowner is liable.
I can understand and tolerate alot of European conventions, but this takes the fucking cake. Why the hell would the homeowner, defending his/her home, be liable for injuries a burglar incurs while COMMITTING A CRIME? It's just like that ep of GITS where Togusa is sued for shooting a guy in the middle of committing an act of domestic violence. It doesn't make sense! I mean, what other recourse does one have in terms of self-defence? (because aaaany form of SD will potentially injure the assailant) Why does the UK even fucking allow gun ownership in the first place then?
I can understand something like what we have here in Michigan, where one cannot exceed the force one is being threatened with unless one's life/another's life is in immediate peril (ie, a mugging/rape/hostage situation).
But didn't the phrase 'Every man's home is his castle' originate in England. and don't all castles have cannons?

Dunno wether you deserve a + rep for surviving or a - rep for being a big enough idiot in the first place to mess with your stitches. Nasty photos though, good job getting it on film! :D
If you haven't heard by now, stop masturbating and put the hentai away. This morning Barack Obama was nominated for and accepted the Nobel Peace Prize.
Personally I think he should've turned it down. He's going to take more heat than its worth for it and it'll just further tarnish his reputation.

From a parent's point of view, it's more having to do with trust. This person was hired to take care of your child. They had sex with your kid at a young age. The person you trusted betrayed your trust in the "worse" way. That's how I see it. The kid, consent or not, is too immature to realize this and take it as it is while the adult teacher knows what they're doing, knows the risks, etc.But the original point was that should there be a difference when considering AOC with girls vs. boys?

[size=12] Well I'm no expert on dicks but mine curves slightly to the left. Its never caused me any problems, though Ive always wondered if it had something to do with the way I fap or if being circumcised somehow affected the way it developed. [/h] Nah, circumcision just reduces the pleasure you feel furing fapping/sex by 30-40% and pretty much desensitizes your glans (the foreskin contains about half the nerve endings in the penis and protects the glans)
