Whenever I watch this show I am absolutely terrified somebody will walk in
That being said I love the show and I think the fanservice is actually quite funny but Jesus Christ please let nobody walk in.

Everything you said is 100% truth. I also hope the show stays on the serious side a little bit more than it did in the first half. 20 minutes have never gone by so fast! Absolutely AMAZING epd.

I have to say props to Mako. No matter what insane stuff happens that girl manages to just step up and throw out ridiculous speeches. But without a doubt the true friend that Ryuko needs to back her up. I've wondered if she would just get killed randomly after building up this near invincibility, but seems like she'll be fine.
What an insane episode though. I can't blame Ryuko at all though. I mean, you meet your father's killer and something just snaps. Not that it was a surprise that someone else killed him since it seemed really unlikely to have been Satsuki.

You know what? I have this gut feeling that Prof, Isshin and Senketsu are the same guy~ He probably turned himself into a Godrobe before he died, and throw himself into his underground lab.

Though didn't the 'teacher' drop Ryuko down there because he already knew Senketsu existed? Unless he actually knew the truth about that your theory and did it anyways XD.

[color=#006FFF]I feel like it's almost too obvious for Senketsu to be Dr. Matoi that, in the end, they actually won't be the same person, if that makes any sense. The eye patch, the fact that Dr. Matoi created him, he only works properly for Ryuko (or her blood anyway), Senketsu not having any memories prior to a certain point. It all just seems too obvious and perfect for him to be Dr. Matoi. With that being said though, I wouldn't complain if he was him both for the humorous aspect of it but also because it'd make for a potentially cool father/daughter stuff (almost similar to Gohan and "Goku"'s kamehameha against Cell if I may relate it to something as old as DBZ, lol).
To be honest though, I'm far more curious about Junketsu than Senketsu and not solely because I love Satsuki more. I want to know anything about Junketsu--does it also talk to Satsuki and we just haven't heard it; is it male or female; does s/he have any memories of their past; why did her father have it to bequeath unto Satsuki? And why would Ragyou not have worn it, knowing how powerful it is? I suppose all of my curiosity is currently focused and placed on the Kiryuin family and their powers than anything else at the moment.

My theory:
Dr.Matoi worked for the Kiryuuins, but given the fact that only Satsuki's mom can only wear only the finest life-fiber clothes and the fact that they will use it on global domination and making the world regimented, Dr. Matoi secluded himself and made 2 things: an armor that can surpass those pure-life-fiber clothes and a weapon that nullifies life fibers. Since both are too powerful to handle, they were considered as taboo and further research are forbidden.
Now, about Ryuko's Kamui: Why only the left eye?
After Ryuko left the mansion to avenge his death, Isshin transformed the kamui he was wearing to a sailor's uniform, knowing that his daughter Ryuko will be the only hope of redemption from the Kiryuuins' tyrrany. The scar is supposedly the damaged part of the lab coat Isshin was wearing before transforming it.

[color=#006FFF]@Peltor; That actually sounds like a plausible theory that avoids Dr. Matoi being Senketsu himself.
While we wait for the next season to start up on the 9th, we at least have the OST which, as it turns out, has been leaked a bit early--which is just fine with me; the soundtrack to this anime is definitely one of my favorites. Especially "Blumenkranz", which it played at one of my favorite moments, when we first see Ragyo.
Download it you fools!!

Y'know I had my doubts about this show. But I'll be damned if I'm not slobbering with anticipation of what's gonna come next in the new year. This show manages to do fanservice, fun, over the top bombastic action and comedy very right. While backing it all up with a story that has yet to get wedged up its own bum.
I'm finding that I love this for the same reason I loved Gurren Lagann (my favorite anime of all time.) It just keeps surpassing itself and getting bigger better and more badass every episode.

I'm wondering something though, with tracks 2/3 being double themes, does anybody think there are some clues to character's motives?
