Haha, now we all own a Clesta cover. :3 I'm definitely happy with the 16.5k I paid, but it really didn't blow up as high as I was expecting it to.

And yeah, I ended up going for the digital lover Kuroneko/Kamineko cover after seeing some photos of it. And then I figured I should get Raika too to cut down on my shipping costs-per-cover.

Yah,her boobs was nice enough for me to reconsider. And to be honest, she's one of the cheapest of all the Clochette Kamikaze Explorer girls so far on auctions so far.
If she was at the usual 16-20k, I'll probably give her a skip. As my priority has always been the Big boobs/ass and long hair combo set.

Heh, the Monster Hunter cover I won is getting a web order. Guess I could have saved some money if I bought it through Yokatta, but it would have more or less evened out if I used SMJ to pick it up.



Heh, if it's the manual bid that's holding up your limit, it might take a bit. I usually get replies to emails and such by 11-2PM PST on the weekend. If it's from a lost auction that you had a bid placed on, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or two to reset.

Edit: And if memory serves correctly, the person that has the 20k buyout doesn't allow automated deputy services, so you'd probably have to use Yokatta if you wanted to buy his.

I didn't expect them to do a web reception for it honestly, since their C81 Kyouko didn't receive one, unfortunately. :(


And the only downside to that strategy, willowywicca, is you know that if things are looking close before the auction at 17k is about to close, someone will just buyout the 20k one and then bidding on the 17k one is free to go over. I ran into the same thing with the AnkoKoubou Miku cover, and it was an absolute pain in the ass. D:

Here's a nooby question. Why do covers range from say 9k to 14k even if using the same material? Strictly as they are being released I mean. Just because they want to charge that much for their print?

Well, circles do get to price their own goods. And while two covers might be 2WT, they could be produced by different companies (say A&J and P80), which could charge a different fee to manufacture the covers on their material. The price could also factor in how many they intend to print; most covers sold by big retailers/companies usually tend to be cheaper than their circle counterparts. And printing/selling more probably gives them a bulk discount with the manufacturer.

But really this is all just guesswork and I have no idea how close any of it really is to the reason.

The general rule of the thumb is that any product that is mass produced will bound to be cheaper then if it was produced in small quantities.
Which is why most cover printed by most companies(Eroge or whatnot) Like clotchette are always within 10k even though they are manufactured by A&Js.Of course, amount printed also changes the price.

It costs 12600 yen, though it comes with a CD, this company isn't really well known in comparison. As a result, it's gonna have a smaller amount of orders and to make it at least profitable the Selling price has been increased to make up for the lack of discount for printing in larger batches and for selling smaller quantities.

It's doujin circles that normally have a higher price tag as they printed in much lesser quantities and also P80 charges obnoxious prices for low batch printing hence why P80 covers have standard prices all across the board.
13k for Roicot, 14k for 2WT.

If you think about it, typically less then a 10 thousand covers get printed even for the most popular of covers and less then a 500 for doujin circle covers and even lesser for doujin covers exclusively released on comiket and various other events .

That's like 1/700000 and 1/14000000 of the population who can own these covers, wrap your head around that.
