Playing it on "Hardcore" right now. damned dehydration. deffinitly makes it more challenging

Does the vault 13 canteen you get with special edition help with that ?

=3= Hardcore is way lame, it's like a "in between" setting of the most awesome realism mods in FO3 and plain vanilla, not much challenge. Longing for the mod rush when you can make it so that you actually need to have some skills to fight in the game. Also some beauty mods would be nice, it's annoying to play when every single character looks like roadkill.

I'm taking a break from it now after playing constantly... I'm hungry and dehydrated! ugh I need sleep! but I must finish the quest! IRL and IG

I love Fallout & I was really looking forward to New Vegas but I forgot to Preorder the CE mainly because I didn't fucking see it & I'm not going to pay full price for a normal edition when I can just get in the bargian bin months later.

It is weird though I'm pretty sure I checked to see if there was a CE and the only special thing I could see was some thing about getting a free T-shirt with preorder.

What kind of character are you going for? Im going for a small grizzled stealth/hunter. Mild repair ability and high speech.

I'm always in very hard mode and now with hardcore more on it makes it epic and actually a challenge o figure out. That pack of Nightstalkers vs. 9 frag mines and a Weathered 10mm Pistol. Wonderous fun!

I have death saved thrice now and it constantly freezes on me. I am now trying to figure out a glitch that has me always attacking and won't allow me to VATS or target anyone. Goddamn. Work out the damn kinks!

I was disappointed.

Feels like I'm playing a modded Fallout really, I was hoping for some more drastic changes in it.

Still a good game, and I'll probably enjoy at least a few hours in it, not worth buying though.

I dont use companions, but if I did, Lily and Rex seem to be good, I made Boone angry at me and ruined the achievement

The game is to easy with Boone...like really..REALLY easy , besides I have a raging boner for Cass.
