Oh snap! This was an intense episode. Reminded me a lot of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and I loved every minute of it.

Let's see...Liang Qi is crazay, but I kind of dig that about her. When she said, , that was quite sexy. She just wants Alphard sooo badly, and it's made quite apparent in this episode, God, I felt so bad for her. ^^; And Liang Qi's chibi terrorist avatar was cute as well.

Alpahrd was simply beautiful in this episode, especially when she was whistling and just going through the motions. Simply lovely.

Also, the President's speech was quite uplifting, but it bothered

Type-Moon=Heaven's Feel (Why? I don't know)

Ok, So I would like to start talking about Type-Moon first. Well, No doubt, Anything relates to Type-Moon haven't fail my expectation yet, like Tsukihime(awesome), F/S night(wonderful), Kara no Kyoukai(unbelievable)I mean they really did a good job on the character settings, story lines, and they know how to make "tricks." When Canaan was announced to be aired, My friends and I cheered for it :D


Characters + Cast list

Canaan: Miyuki Sawashiro
Sorry for saying that I actually don't like character like Canaan, but I do love this seiyuu, and characters she casts for, like Xia Yu Lan @ FMP second season(Damn I love this character although she is just a minor role), Shin Ku @ Rozen Maiden, and so on.

Alphard: Maaya Sakamoto
Looks like there are huge amount of people love Alphard. To me, well, She is definately attractive and adorable, but she is not my type. Again I like this seiyuu more than this character, and I love some anime songs she sings.
(My friend said, why Canaan's caster isn't Maaya Sakamoto. I said, what? You wanna make another Kara no Kyokai?)

Maria Ozawa: Yoshino Nanjo
Hum...Comparing to others, this seiyuu is kind new. Nevertheles, her voice is incredible, and I love this character, too(but not my favorite). Good job Type-Moon.


Liang Qi: Rie Tanaka
Come on!!! This is one of my favorite seiyuu. How come she casts for such character(since I am not a fan of SM) which the personality is opposite to my ideal characters, like Futami @ kimikiss, Lacus @ Gundam seed and Octavia @ Tears to Tiara. Sob~~Sob~~T_T


Yunyun: Haruka Tomatsu
Well, like Liang Qi, I am kind disappointed again..

Hakko: Mamiko Noto
EXXXCCCCCEEEEELLLLEEEEEENNNNNNTTT. Nice job again Type-Moon. I love strange things, and I love those minor characters more than main characters sometimes :D. Not to mention her voice is really really special. This time, she casts for someone who "can't talk", and that brings me another fresh taste. My heart jumps everytime she makes those low pitch voices. Damn I love it.
(Honestly, she does have nice voice, but her songs suck....)


Ep 6
Since Hakko is also an "boner", I wonder what extra organ does Hakko have so that the journalist gets the headache. On the other hand, in ep 3(the first time journalist enters Hakko's store), I thought Hakko doesn't understand Japanese based on Hakko's reaction to what the journalist asks for. What u guys think?
Also, Ozawa Maria indeed reminds me about saber..lol, so I would like to show this pic to you guys.





Overview
Again, I will always support Type-Moon's product no matter what. As usual, they do leave us some space to think. However, Not like other Type-Moon products, I find myself not going back to do the homework(means I don't watch this series over and over again like others). Nevertheless, I admit this series is gonna be splendid. Go Type-Moon! Go Canaan!



P.S Canaan has some element that other animes don't have. I think that a guy pointed it out in page three saying that:" why they act like that when people are dying near them(something like that)." I am from Shanghai, so here is my explaination.(I shall say that it is easier for u guys to understand the situation there by telling an example, so just watch the following video although it is in Taiwan, but it's similar to Shanghai, China.)

I also wonder what Hakko and the others did in the past, and why the woman with the glasses feels like she has to repent so much. Maybe they had a hand in making the virus and it backfired? Who knows?

And we got some delicious cuddling with Canaan and Maria at the end. Gotta love it!

Oh gawd, that episode was just pure INTENSE.

Well, I know it's kind weird, and I really can't answer your question. Or I shall say I don't know where to start. Like what I said, my reason for showing this video(maybe still not suitable enough to express my thoughts) is to let you guys have an idea of why there are illogical things happen in Canaan. TO some of you, it's kind strange, but to me...not really a big deal. If there must be an answer, the government there should take the responsibility of all the strange cultures or anything absurd. And, I don't really like to talk about politics(whatever now) because of the strange culture, but this animation(Canaan) shows those absurd things to the audience(like the strange reaction of the residents and PRA who run away before evacuating people outside the meeting when they knew there is gonna be an air strike). The producer could choose not to, and I don't think anything will change if he did so. Why does the producer insert those things in the one of the most popular series? Well, I guess it's becaues he wants people to know the situation, isn't it? Guess what? "One should learn to mind their own business(es)" indeed refers to people in China, so that they are virtuous enough to see a kid dying from a car accident in the hospital because he/his famaly doens't have enough to pay off the fee, and no one comes to help. So yeah, he definately died. "dull...the government won't sit back and watch those things happen" you may say. Well, the government is also doing there own business which is malversation and repression anything against them.(Damn, i hate to talk about politics. Everytime, it makes me angry.) So, yeah, just to repeat - Canaan has some element that other animes don't have and pointing out illogical situation, which is awesome, but that also makes me not to watch this series over and over again. (2:30 AM and talks politics, fuck me)
