He was released without any charges in 2012.
He's now a speaker for the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund.
This was the group who helped him.
I went to Japan twice and now I'm in the process of going there for a third time.
You're so lucky to attend Comiket.
I wish I had enough money to attend as well.
I hope you had a great time (despite the idiotic threats against "Kuroko's Basketball").
I happen to be a Ukrainian-American.
"In Soviet Russia, Pornos Fuck You!"
Now I can go around and tell all my friends that I've learned the "30 Lives" cheat code for "Contra" on the NES by reading a hentai manga on FAKKU!!!!!
My area was hit hard by Sandy. Trick or Treating was officially canceled this year. Irene also canceled last years Trick or Treating as well.
My favorite out of the bunch is "Empire" & "Return".
It was kind of difficult to choose which is my favorite.
I picked "Return" because of one quote that's been used many times for one of FAKKU's genres.

What's your favorite manga or doujinshi on FAKKU? Personally I'm a pretty big fan of anything by Shiwasu no Okina or Kisaragi Gunma, the panel below is from Blindfold Play.

The image you've posted really reminds me of the chick from the movie "Sucker Punch".
Keep them coming!!!!!
Ship them in crates if you have to!!!!!
I can actually watch anime in Japanese WITHOUT any subtitles!
NEWS FLASH!!!
The Canadian government has just dropped all criminal charges in the Brando X lolicon case!!!!
I was in Tokyo last September '10 and I'm going again in November this year.
Akihabara is so awesome!
I've read a forum by Jacob about a ad company telling them if loli/shotacon is uploaded to FAKKU, they will have the site shut down.
Now that's an evil and shameless rule that Konata's dad would NOT approve of!
T-T
I can understand not having Guro, Scat and Bestiality on your site.
But not allowing Loli/Shota on your site?
In Japan, it's totally tolerated.
But in the United States and Canada, it's taboo and forbidden.
Now that is sad.
What's the big deal about it?
It's just a cartoon and nobody is getting hurt (as long as nobody else is hurt).
However, I did happen to buy a copy of a Lolicon OVA called "Harumi's Bad Play" at my local FYE for about $20.
Now how is that considered taboo and forbidden it you can freely buy something like that in stores and cons?
I see absolutely no crime at all.
And let me finish my saying,
"Whenever we decide to turn on our computers and watch/read hentai (of any kind), we are being healthy, sane, independent and liberated. And that is the proudest part of being a true FAKKU fan".
I've heard that my favorite hentai artist Juan Gotoh was there.
Have fun and help spread encouragement to your fellow Canadian fans about hentai.
